The Journal aims to explore the relationship between ethics and justice, both from the perspective of general legal theory and the practice of legal experience. The topics covered include the role of ethical principles in the formation and interpretation of legal norms, correct conduct in private and public law relationships, the ethics of the parties in conflict resolution, forensic ethics and the responsibility of lawyers, judicial ethics and the responsibility of judges, the concept of law as a relationship, the principle of cooperation, the philosophy of dialogue, and the relationship between law, process, and morality. The Journal intends to promote a legal culture grounded in the ethical dimension of law, oriented toward the construction of a fair legal system capable of offering adequate responses to people’s concrete needs.
