The Association for the Study of Consensual Justice will hold its first National Congress on 16 and 17 April 2026 in Florence, at Villa Ruspoli, Piazza della Indipendenza, 9.
The Congress is dedicated to “Justice and Cooperation: The Value of Consensus”, an interdisciplinary theme that will address the legal dimension while also looking “beyond the law”.
This represents the first major gathering of ASGiC’s member community, as well as the association’s public presentation to society at large.
During the Congress, honorary membership will be conferred upon Prof. Francesco Paolo Luiso, Prof. Marta Cartabia, Prof. Adolfo Ceretti, and Dr. Luciana Breggia.
