The Society for the Study of Consensual Justice

(Associazione per lo studio della giustizia consensuale; hereinafter, ‘the Society’ or ‘ASGiC’ for short) advances an interdisciplinary inquiry into the relationship between justice and consent, foregrounding consent-based justice as a distinctive marker of the law’s normative and ordering function within the fabric of civil coexistence. Its activities are directed toward the development of conflict management models informed by criteria of responsibility, reflexive awareness, practical feasibility, and longterm sustainability, in a continuous dialectic between theoretical reflection and lived experience.
